Mark Wharry is an Associate who leads the water resources engineering group. His strengths lie in hydrology and hydraulic analysis in open channel flow, irrigation pipeline, and surface water projects, as well as navigating the challenges of working with water rights and distribution. His career has focused on irrigation and water resources projects including fish screening and passage projects, pipeline design for irrigation districts, water conservation projects, and design and upgrades for hatchery facilities. Mark served as a past board member of the Oregon Water Resources Council and a chair for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Fish Screening Task Force.
