Aaron’s number one motivation throughout his structural design career has been his desire to improve communities and benefit society through his work. Aaron has worked on a wide range of projects since joining KPFF in 2000, but he has developed a distinct passion and penchant for educational projects. Aaron thrives on opportunities to engage in creative problem-solving, such as scheduling challenges and technically complicated designs. He believes in the importance of clear communication when working on a team and derives great satisfaction from successfully mediating between design teams and contractors during construction administration.
