Background
Justin Sotomayor graduated from California State University, Northridge with a BS in Civil Engineering, and the University of California, Berkeley with an MS in Structural Engineering. He is a licensed Structural Engineer and has been with KPFF since 2012. Justin’s career also spans many project types, including work for healthcare, entertainment companies such as Universal and Paramount, laboratories, and educational facilities. He was recently a major force behind an emergency operations center seismic retrofit that submitted for plan review only 19 days after kick off.
