KPFF has provided structural engineering services for tenant improvements on all levels of this existing building, built circa 1900, for a Banana Republic Store located in the trendy SoHo district of New York City. New columns were added to re-support the 3rd-floor framing. In addition, KPFF designed the featured staircase.
