Meet Caressa’s Team

Background

Caressa Bacon joined KPFF Special Projects in 2008, bringing 16 years of experience in the AEC industry. As the leader of our 7-person Project Coordinator Team, she provides specialized support to both internal and external clients. In her senior-level role, Caressa is recognized for her technical excellence, leadership, and commitment to project success. Her expertise spans contract management, budget control, document management, and coordination of large public works projects. Additionally, she plays a key role in developing systems to enhance project efficiency. Caressa is also heavily involved in DEI initiatives and leads our Summer Intern Program, guiding 15-20 interns annually from Special Projects and various reporting centers.
