Eugene Riverfront Park Eugene Riverfront Park

The Downtown Riverfront Park, with adjacent Public Plaza, will be the heart of the greater Riverfront Development that reimagines a new, vibrant future and will, once again, unite the city with the Willamette river. KPFF is providing civil engineering, structural engineering, and surveying services for demolition, utility relocation, environmental remediation, grading, pedestrian paths and stormwater facilities for the regional park created on a previous industrial site. KPFF provided civil engineering analysis, reports and documentation for State and Federal permitting, as well as City of Eugene Goal 5 and Willamette Greenway land use permitting. The new 4-acre park will serve as a connection point between the 373-acre Alton Baker Park and access to the Willamette River and downtown Eugene.
