Washington University in St. Louis East End Transformation

Expansive improvements to Washington University’s East Campus, including:

  • Weil Hall—a new $33 million, 65,000sf, four-story academic building
  • Kemper Art Museum addition—a $7 million, one-story, 5,000sf addition to serve as a new entry and gallery space
  • Welcome Center—a three-story, $18 million, 25,000sf building for University admissions, that is partially supported by an underground garage
  • Hub—a $13 million, three-story, 14,000sf building with food service and meeting facilities, and a transportation hub, that is also partially supported by the underground parking structure
  • Underground Parking Garage—a $56 million, two-level, 800-car subterranean parking structure to provide parking for the new buildings on the East Campus
