100 N. Broadway Improvements

Renovation of a two-story atrium to serve as a welcoming space for the attached 20-story Broadway Tower. The project, which created an interior space with abundant natural light, included a monumental stair, office spaces, updated entrance canopies, and outdoor spaces at the plaza and second story.
