KPFF provided structural engineering services for a new mixed-use residential development in Pioneer Square. Canton Lofts features five levels of studio apartments above 2,400 SF of retail space. Amenities include a bike room, entry-level community lounge, and a landscaped roof deck with barbecues and fire pits.
