KPFF provided engineering services for the new 65-unit, four-story, 51,000 square foot, affordable housing development in Roseville, California. The new apartment community provides housing for low-income families, veterans and individuals with special needs and features 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, as well as a public pedestrian paseo. Additional amenities include an outdoor courtyard with BBQ areas, a children’s play area, and a fitness center, among others.
