KPFF provided structural engineering for tenant improvements at the new Microsoft Building 83, which includes four stories with 250,000 SF of office space and three levels of parking stalls. Structural improvements focused primarily on the atrium which included unique “pop out” conference rooms, hand rails, artwork and “floating” conference rooms. TI design was permitted and constructed during core and shell construction.
