Spring District Block 16

Block 16 is an 11-story, 250,000 SF office building constructed over a multi-use podium and five levels of below-grade parking. The building was revised multiple times over the course of the project to respond to amenities desired by the tenant. KPFF helped minimize impact of changes to the design of the building as it was actively in construction.
