US Land Port of Entry – Alexandria Bay, NY

Alexandria Bay Land Port of Entry, located on Wellesley Island, NY is a Design Excellence project consisting of nine total structures to replace the existing CBP facility.

The project will be built in two phases. Phase 1, which was completed, included the construction of the Commercial Inspection Warehouse with inspection bays, the impound lot, and a portion of the 1,200 foot-long Elevated Parking Structure.

Phase 2 includes the completion of the Elevated Parking Structure and construction of the Main Administration Building for passenger vehicle screening and offices for CBP employees, the Secondary Inspection Canopy, and Enclosed Inspections. In addition, this phase includes the construction of the outbound inspection facility, a veterinary services building, a non-intrusive inspection building, ancillary inspection facilities, and employee and visitor parking areas.
