Woodbridge High School – Performing Arts Complex

KPFF provided structural engineering services associated with the development of a new performing arts complex at Woodbridge High School in Irvine, CA.  The new facility consists of a 650-seat theater with a lobby, concessions and ticket booth, Stage with fly loft, Orchestra Pit, Scene Shop, Prop and Costume Storage, Orchestra Shell Storage, Sound and Light Control Room, Green/Dressing Room, Equipment Storage, Black box theater, balcony seating, a catwalk system and various box booms totaling to  approximately 26,600-gsf
