Ian Frank is an Associate and manager of KPFF’s Special Projects Marine Structures Group and Leader of the KPFF Dive Inspection Team. During his 20+ years in the industry, Ian Frank has provided structural engineering design and inspection services on a variety of waterfront and wood framed structures. Ian has a passion to help clients understand the condition of their structures in the unique environment of the underwater world.
