Kelly Lesoing

Kelly is a Senior Planner in the KPFF Marine Transit Consulting Group, responsible for managing complex ferry planning projects and providing technical research. Kelly’s experience includes a variety of projects such as route feasibility and facility siting studies, operational and schedule analyses, grant application support, and long-range plan development. She has worked with ferry operators throughout the U.S., ranging from single-vessel rural services to busy passenger-only and vehicle ferry systems.
