Background

Spiro Kremmidas is Principal and Manager of KPFF’s New York office. Since joining KPFF in 2000, he has successfully completed dozens of diverse U.S. projects, working on behalf of Federal, Transportation, Civic, Education, Office, Residential and Mixed-Use clients. Spiro also oversees Seismic Studies and Retrofitting as an expert in these fields, leveraging his Seismic Design, Progressive Collapse, and Blast Design knowledge, completing more than 30 such projects for both public and private clients. A staunch believer in the power of collaboration and mentorship to drive business growth, Spiro makes it a priority to be a thoughtful advisor to emerging engineers, encouraging their understanding and enthusiasm for the field.
