Background
As a Civil Engineer, Steve has extensive experience with all phases of project planning and design, including master planning and coordination of design with environmental remediation and permitting. He has had responsibility for the design of nearly every aspect of civil engineering infrastructure. He has also worked extensively on Port and Rail related projects, as well as projects located in shorelines, rivers and other sensitive environmental areas over the span of his career providing him with a thorough understanding of the unique regulatory and constructibility challenges that are common to these projects. Much of his professional career has centered on working with clients to find solutions that are effective and efficient, conscious of their needs, sensitive to their settings, and which balance key stakeholder interests.
