Zach has 24 years of experience providing prime management and civil engineering design services for transit, transportation, and multi-modal improvements. Zach’s experience includes all facets of project delivery from planning and preliminary engineering through final design and design services during construction for light and heavy passenger rail facilities; transit facilities and hubs; park-and-ride lots; maintenance and operations facilities; civil site improvement projects; roadway design; non-motorized improvements including bicycle, pedestrian and shared-use trails; and infrastructure to support transition to Zero-Emissions Fleet.
